Order Cancellation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Times & Delays

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds while the order is in transit.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
